Our passion is restoring 100+ year old homes with strong bones and great potential into the nicest home on the block. 

We outfit our homes with the latest in smart home technology,  boutique lighting and superb design finishes while preserving as much of the homes natural charm and architectural beauty as possible. 

We offer state of the art, full home renovations done with the latest green construction and waste reduction practices - we repurpose most construction waste to keep it out of our precious landfills.  Zero-waste is our long term goal.

Our target buyer is someone who wants to live in a classically revived Philadelphia row home equipped with the latest design elements.

Our target buyers do NOT like or trust the "plywood eyesores" -  clumsily built new construction homes that are thrown together in 3 months top to bottom, encased in sub-par modern materials that are just downright tasteless.
